Good morning, Friends! I am back in my office and boy does it feel good to be "home". I stepped into my office this morning and realized how much I missed my little sanctuary. No dog hair in here, it smells delightful, all of my things are always exactly where I left them, it's glorious lol. Mia got me a variety of teas for Christmas, so I've got a really tasty cranberry tea to start my morning and a to-do list that would make anyone weep lol. I don't need to do all the things today, but I need to organize it all, and then I can dive into the first chapter of Grind!!

Happy New Year! I’m not going to say anything stupid like “2026 is going to be the best year yet”, but I am tiptoeing cautiously into the new year and sitting down quietly, hoping it won’t notice me lol. I’m on my holiday break for another few days, getting back to work on Monday the 5th, but I didn’t want to miss my first of the month updates anyway! So, here’s what I’ve got planned to start out the new year!

I worked hard to get through my first round of edits and get Relentlessly Vengeful Ghost off to my editor last week and all that's left to do is to clean and organize my office this morning so I'll be able to come back to a cozy space after my break!
